Instructor and Trip Leader: Kelsey Stoll

Kelsey is a 500 hr ERYT instructor who has been teaching for over ten years. She currently works at CorePower and LifeTime Fitness in Denver, Colorado. Kelsey is a LSW full time therapist who integrates Somatic Movement into her practice. She managed Forever Om Yoga and teaches full-time. Kelsey was awarded the lululemon ambassador of both the Deer Park location and Market Square. She also attended the the lululemon ambassador summit and was accepted for the "here to be grant” for I-Grow Chicago. Kelsey has brought her passion of teaching yoga to many different platforms. She has taught at Lake Cook County Jail, A Safe Place, Lake County Haven and I-Grow Chicago.

She was trained as an outdoor leader through University of Vermont where she achieved her recognition as a Wilderness First Responder. Kelsey has lead multiple hiking and canoe overnight trips in Vermont and New Hampshire. She has also backpacked in the Austrian Alps, Ecuador, Galapagos, Banff National Park, Iceland and many areas of the United States.

Private Chef and Mind-Body Eating Coach: Lindsey Shifley

Lindsey Shifley is an energetic Mind Body Pitching + Wellness Coach, Chef, food educator and speaker. She is a graduate from the Institute for the Psychology for Eating in Boulder, CO, with a strong understanding for Mind Body Nutrition and Dynamic Eating Psychology. Since 2012, Lindsey has been sharing her “passion for the plate” as a previous Super Ambassador for Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution. As a former varsity softball student-athlete at Northwestern University, she inspires others from an “athletic mindset” to slow down, eat more real food, and increase cooking confidence to improve gut-health and overall Mind Body connection. Lindsey has seen the benefits of cooking and eating wholesome food at her own family table and shares her knowledge and food education adventures through her blog themullies.com.
